    Thanks Ralph for putting the presentations up. Are the actual presentations hosted somewhere? I would love to watch them personally.

    The recorded versions of the National Meetings were available to people who registered for the meeting for about a month after the meeting,

    I don’t know if the archive is maintained after that.
